I stumbled into the world of ERP without even knowing what it was. Like many companies I work with today, I had no idea how impactful it could be until I started learning about it. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a passion—I found the ERP industry fascinating, and after diving into the work, I genuinely fell in love with it.

Through my journey, I’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of industries, ERP systems, and implementation partners. This experience taught me that success isn’t just about delivering great work—it’s about understanding each business’s unique needs, navigating different systems, and always keeping an eye on budget and efficiency. I’ve led projects across multiple countries, in different languages, and even spearheaded the implementation for one of the largest sports academies on the planet.

One thing that stood out to me throughout my career was that, for many companies, the hardest part wasn’t the implementation itself—it was selecting the right ERP system and the right partner to begin with. That realization inspired me to create Lighthouse: a way to simplify ERP selection, cut through the noise, and guide businesses confidently toward the solutions that truly fit their needs.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me immersed in sports—whether it’s golf, football, or hockey—or expanding my sports card collection. I believe in trying new things because you never know where it might lead, and that mindset has allowed me to support businesses worldwide, helping them turn their growth into the dream they’ve always envisioned.
